Saved Schedule Filters

If you have been Scheduling in Cirkus for a while with your team, you’ve probably wanted to get a tailored view of the resources and bookings for you and your team.

Now you can select the members, groups and resources you want to see and save this as a Personal filter, or as a Workspace filter to share with your team.

Let’s dive in.

How To Create a Saved Filter

In the Schedule view on Cirkus Mac and web platforms, go to the filter options at the bottom of the Schedule view. From there select the Resources and team Members you would like to see in your view and click Done.

On Cirkus iOS this is in the Settings sheet for the Schedule/Events view.

When you have the view you want, go to the Options menu ( …) and Save your Filter with a name.

If you are a Workspace Admin you will be given the option to Save your filter as a Workspace filter or a Personal filter.

Workspace filters can be accessed a loaded by anyone in the team.

How To Load and Edit a Saved Filter

In the Schedule view on Cirkus Mac and web platforms, go to the Options menu and select from any of the available filters.

On Cirkus iOS this is in the Settings sheet for the Schedule/Events view.

Here you will see filters you have saved, and those available to everyone in your Workspace.

Click on the filter you want to use to load that view.

 

If it’s a Personal filter you can go the filter menu and add/remove Resources and save again, or save as a new filter.

Workspace filters can be used by anyone in the team, but only created and saved by Workspace Administrators.
